Free shipping on orders over $100 to US addresses. Most in-stock orders ship from our New Jersey or Florida warehouse.

Shipping rates

Orders over $100 ship free. Orders under $100 pay the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Exclusions: items that ship by truck freight, oversized items and hazmat items (e.g. some batteries, flares and resins) are not eligible for free shipping. They carry freight or hazmat charges, and each one is labeled on its product page.

Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Email getboatparts@gmail.com to start a return.

Manufacturer-direct items: some manufacturers require returns and warranty claims to go directly through them. This mainly applies to electronics such as Garmin, Lowrance and Humminbird. Those items are labeled on their product pages, and we'll point you to the right manufacturer contact.

Damaged or missing items

Email getboatparts@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Email us and we'll help you file a claim.
