The 13 Fishing Slate Casting Reel gives anglers fast pickup, controlled casting, and dependable cranking power for bass, walleye, pike, and other freshwater predators. Its 7.1:1 gear ratio helps quickly gather slack when working jigs, Texas rigs, frogs, spinnerbaits, chatterbaits, and crankbaits, while 5 stainless steel ball bearings plus 1AR bearing keep the retrieve smooth. A brass main gear and pinion add strength through hooksets and hard-pulling fish, and the HTS High Tensile Strength frame and side plates provide a solid platform for everyday casting applications. LP layered performance drag washers help manage pressure during close-quarters fights, the ceramic line guide supports clean line flow, and the MCS Magnetic Control System lets anglers fine-tune cast control for changing lure weights and conditions.
